La cinta, dirigida por Brad Bird (Los Increíbles), está programada para debutar en la plataforma de streaming el 18 de diciembre de 2026 a nivel global. Sin embargo, el público que asista al BFI London Film Festival podrá verla primero el 10 de octubre, con una segunda proyección prevista el 17 de octubre en la sala BFI IMAX

Trama y reparto de Ray Gunn
Ray Gunn es un misterio neo-noir de ciencia ficción ambientado en Metropia, una ciudad retrofuturista poblada por alienígenas. Sam Rockwell pone voz a Ray, el último detective privado humano, que se ve envuelto en un caso vinculado a Venus Nova, una estrella del pop interpretada por Scarlett Johansson, quien atraviesa un escándalo que podría hundir su carrera. El elenco vocal incluye también a Tom Waits y Patton Oswalt
